Job Description

The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist will develop and implement programs to enhance employee performance and engagement. You will utilize evidence-based approaches to diagnose organizational issues and collaborate with management to facilitate effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness through evidence-based practices.
  • Work with senior leaders to align organizational goals with HR strategies.
  • Develop metrics to assess the impact of programs on employee performance.
  • Provide training on diversity and inclusion best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops on conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Assess application of best practices in organizational behavior science.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Psychology or related field
