Job Description

As a Hydrant Setter, you will play a critical role in the installation and maintenance of hydrant systems throughout the city. This position requires hands-on work in various outdoor environments, ensuring hydrants function effectively to serve the community's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Install hydrants in compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Monitor and test hydrant systems after installation.
  • Collaborate with utility companies for efficient installations.
  • Work outdoors in various conditions while adhering to safety guidelines.

  • Assist in the layout of hydrant installations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in construction or hydrant installation is preferred
