Job Description
As a Water Control Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of water treatment facilities. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and managing daily operations to deliver quality water services.
Responsibilities
Ensure efficient operation of all water treatment systems and equipment.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and repairs.
Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize water treatment processes.
Develop budgets and manage financial resources for water treatment operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Water Resource Management
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
5 years or more in water management with supervisory experience
