We are looking for experienced Geothermal Technicians to join our expert team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing geothermal heating and cooling systems, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Train new technicians on installation and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs.
• Provide on-call support for emergency situations related to geothermal systems.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in HVAC technology or similar field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the field

Technical Skills

• System Analysis

• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple installations simultaneously.
• Experience with CAD software: Proficiency in using CAD software for system design and layouts.
