We are seeking experienced Floor Sanders and Finishers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying liquid coatings to various surfaces, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project.

Responsibilities

• Assess surfaces and prepare them for coating applications effectively.
• Carefully mix, apply, and finish coatings to various surfaces.
• Utilize proper techniques to ensure flawless finishes.
• Identify and resolve surface imperfections prior to coating.
• Maintain tools and equipment adequately for optimal performance.
• Engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices on-site.
• Finish projects promptly while staying within budgetary constraints.
• Stay current with industry standards and product innovations.
• Strive for excellence in quality control and customer service.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Languages
