Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively. You will be the go-to person for diagnosing hardware and software problems and implementing solutions to enhance workstation performance.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide solutions.
  • Configure software applications and upgrades as necessary.
  • Assist in developing IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on user feedback concerning workstation effectiveness.
  • Participate in disaster recovery drills and help plan software audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • CompTIA Network+ certification
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in workstation support.
