Job Description

An Air Traffic Controller plays a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our flight operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with pilots and ground crews to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.

Responsibilities

• Assess and handle incoming air traffic efficiently to facilitate optimal flight paths.
• Interface with flight dispatchers to relay critical information regarding flight schedules.
• Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures during any disruptions.
• Analyze weather patterns to make informed decisions about flight operations.
• Support training and mentoring for junior air traffic controllers.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Aviation or related field is preferred
• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Dispatcher License (required)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air traffic control or a related field.
