Job Description
An Air Traffic Controller plays a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our flight operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with pilots and ground crews to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
Responsibilities
Assess and handle incoming air traffic efficiently to facilitate optimal flight paths.
Interface with flight dispatchers to relay critical information regarding flight schedules.
Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures during any disruptions.
Analyze weather patterns to make informed decisions about flight operations.
Support training and mentoring for junior air traffic controllers.
Utilize advanced flight planning software to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Aviation or related field is preferred
Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Dispatcher License (required)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in air traffic control or a related field.
