Job Description

The Welder Fitter is responsible for fitting and welding metal components to produce high-quality products. Candidates must exhibit precision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring all tasks are executed with utmost accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project specifications to determine welding needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry welding standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and challenges.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed work for quality assurance.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in specialized welding techniques preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing welding

• CNC Operation
• Welding Safety Practices

Certifications

• AWS Certified Welder
• CNC Programming Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
