We are seeking an experienced Instrument and Control Technician (I and C Tech) to join our skilled team in Houston. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining essential equipment used in process control systems. Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repair activities for process control instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during installation and repair work.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for control systems.
• Perform data analysis related to system performance to guide troubleshooting efforts.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipment necessary for repair tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Technical Skills

• HART Protocol
• Fieldbus Systems

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Control Systems Technician Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Loop Tuning Experience: Experience in loop tuning and optimization of control systems.
• Project Engineering Experience: Background in project engineering including commissioning and start-up of control systems.
