Job Description
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Concession Attendants to join our team at various events like concerts and sports games. The ideal candidates will be responsible for selling food and beverages, maintaining a clean area, and providing top-notch customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist them in selecting food and beverage items.
- Prepare and present food and beverages according to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to decrease wait times.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Complete cash register operations efficiently.
- Assist in training new staff at the concession stands.
- Perform regular cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Help manage inventory and report shortages.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
