Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Developmental Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead research studies, analyze developmental processes, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement programs that support individuals and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee assessments of developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate with external organizations and stakeholders to expand service delivery.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform practice changes.
  • Present findings at conferences and workshops to contribute to the field.
  • Support the implementation of evidence-based practices across the organization.
  • Advocate for clients within educational and healthcare systems.
  • Contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusion within the practice.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus on Developmental Psychology
  • Post-Doctoral Fellowship preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical settings as a psychologist
