We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Milwaukee. In this role, you'll handle various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your expertise will help shape our company culture and support our employees' growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers on hiring needs.
• Facilitate onboarding programs and ensure new employees receive necessary training.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative support for performance review processes.
• Organize team-building activities to enhance employee morale.
• Manage employee benefits and address any related inquiries.
• Display a proactive approach to employee relations and foster open communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• Master's degree or HR certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of successful HR experience
