Night Concierge

Job Description

As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and comfort of residents during overnight shifts. Your role will involve monitoring the property, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of the property security systems.
• Assist other departments as needed, including housekeeping and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols of the property.
• Offer local information to guests regarding amenities and services.
• Document and report any unusual activities or concerns.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Surveillance camera systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Certifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Conversational

Advantageous

• Previous concierge experience is a plus: Experience in a hospitality or concierge role.
