Job Description

As a MIG Welder at ABC Manufacturing, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks using MIG welding machines to join metal parts together. The ideal candidate should have experience in welding, knowledge of welding equipment, and the ability to interpret technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal components for welding operations.
• Adjust welding parameters to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Conduct minor repairs on welding machines when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of welding supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in welding or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in welding for manufacturing or construction industries

Technical Skills

• TIG Welding

Certifications

• Welding Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of CAD software: Familiarity with CAD tools for planning welding projects.
