Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Department Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of goods while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring teamwork and adherence to quality standards.
  • Motivate and mentor production team members to enhance efficiency and morale.
  • Evaluate production workflow and make adjustments to improve outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the facility.
  • Analyze production data to derive actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation as required by management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage raw material inventories.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and productivity.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges and solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new employees on safety practices and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or relevant field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supervisory roles within the manufacturing sector.
