Responsibilities
Lead recruitment drives and strategy for talent acquisition.
Evaluate and enhance employee compensation and benefits programs.
Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Provide comprehensive HR support to all departments.
Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws.
Develop training programs tailored to departmental needs.
Conduct exit interviews and manage turnover analysis.
Maintain internal processes to ensure efficiency and confidentiality.
Aid in the development and implementation of workforce planning.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
Master’s degree in HR Management is a plus
