Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee our comprehensive benefits programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in managing employee benefits, ensuring our offerings align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive benefits strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Facilitate open enrollment and educate employees on their benefits options.
  • Analyze and report on compensation and benefits metrics to upper management.
  • Coordinate with HR to integrate benefits offerings with overall employee engagement strategies.
  • Provide auditing and reporting for compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Review current benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Propose new benefit programs based on employee needs and market demands.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related field
