Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Security Manager to lead our security efforts. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with protocols, managing security operations, and responding to security incidents effectively. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the security team in day-to-day operations and incident response.
  • Develop and maintain security budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in security technology.
  • Implement physical security measures and access control systems.
  • Conduct investigations into security incidents as necessary.
  • Ensure all security personnel are properly trained and equipped.
  • Organize regular drills and training for emergency response.
  • Maintain accurate records of security activities and performance metrics.
  • Perform site security evaluations and recommend improvements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure ongoing security awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Relevant certifications are preferred
Experience
  • Experience managing security operations in a corporate environment
