Job Description

We seek a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. You'll be instrumental in shaping our workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate screenings.
• Help develop and implement HR programs that align with business goals.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices to management.
• Assist with employee counseling and performance management.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support diversity initiatives and retention strategies.
• Prepare reports and metrics related to HR functions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in human resources management

Technical Skills

• Employee relations management

Certifications

• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
• Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
