Job Description

As a Granite Worker, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and polishing granite slabs to meet the specifications for construction and decorative applications. This position requires hands-on experience with various tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Cut and shape granite slabs using precision tools and machinery.
  • Polish completed slabs to meet customer specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with the production team for timely project completion.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Utilize CAD software for design specifications.
  • Provide feedback for improving processes and designs.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress.
  • Support in inventory management of raw materials.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational or technical education in relevant fields is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in stone cutting and polishing
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in CAD software
  • Polishing machine operation

Languages
  • English: Fluent
