We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Core Setter to join our team. The Core Setter will be responsible for setting up and adjusting molding machine cores to meet production requirements, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a schedule for machine maintenance and checks.
• Create detailed reports on production status and suggest improvements.
• Identify areas where additional training or resources are needed for optimal operation.
• Support the team in achieving production targets and deadlines.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions to enhance work methods and outcomes.
