Gusset Maker

Job Description

As a Gusset Maker, you will play a key role in our production team by creating gussets that add shape and structure to various textile products. Your expertise with materials such as leather, canvas, and denim will be essential as you ensure the quality and specifications meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and create gussets for various textile applications.
• Review project requirements and prepare materials accordingly.
• Contribute to product development meetings with ideas and feedback.
• Conduct final inspections of gussets before packaging.
• Record inventory of materials used during production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
• Train and support new hires in the gusset-making process.
