Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be instrumental in the production of high-quality metal products. Your responsibilities will include the setup and operation of stamping machinery, ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and operation of stamping machinery.
• Maintain production efficiency and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery.
• Document production metrics and report to supervisors.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
• Assist in the training of new machine operators and team members.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Suggest improvements to enhance production processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
