We are seeking a Locker Room, Coatroom, and Dressing Room Attendant who is passionate about customer service and facility management. You will ensure the safe storage of personal items while providing assistance to guests, all in a friendly and professional manner. Create an inviting atmosphere for everyone who visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locker rentals and returns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the locker area.
• Ensure all lockers are in good working condition.
• Monitor and enforce locker usage policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of locker rentals and payments.
• Perform routine inspections for safety and security.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs or upkeep.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Educate customers on locker usage procedures and policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous customer service experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a similar role: Candidates with prior experience managing locker or coatroom services are encouraged to apply.
