Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about new baking technologies and trends to implement in the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist in writing and updating recipes for consistency and quality.
  • Participate in hiring and training new pastry staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook in a high-volume environment

Languages
