Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our HR operations in Phoenix. This role will involve managing employee relations, recruiting new talent, and enhancing our HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a passion for improving employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Create and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system and provide guidance to managers.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Provide support in developing organizational culture initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
