Job Description

We are seeking skilled Bus and Truck Mechanics and Diesel Engine Specialists to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance for our fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance of fleet vehicles ensuring readiness and reliability.
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track service records.
  • Implement best practices in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines.
  • Respond to breakdowns and service calls as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the management to improve service efficiency.
  • Contribute to cost control initiatives by minimizing waste.
  • Stay abreast of new diesel technologies and trends.
  • Develop strong working relationships with team and suppliers.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Diesel Mechanics or related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in diesel engine service.
