We are in search of a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and optimizing production efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production activities and schedules.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the production process.
  • Provide leadership and direction to production staff.
  • Facilitate training programs for skill enhancement and safety compliance.
  • Manage workflow to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Troubleshoot operational problems and implement solutions.
  • Document production processes and maintain compliance records.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
