We are in search of a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to lead our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and schedules.

• Troubleshoot operational problems and implement solutions.
• Document production processes and maintain compliance records.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
