Job Description

The Utilities Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of various systems and equipment related to the production and distribution of utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and steam. This role requires technical expertise and a commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct routine checks on gas and water distribution systems.
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and upgrades.
  • Document operational data for performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Specialized training in energy and utilities preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in utility operations.
