We are seeking a motivated Blanket Winder Helper to assist in winding blankets for insulation and various applications. This hands-on role involves machine operation, maintenance, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of blanket winding machinery effectively.
• Help maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with safety standards.
• Report any malfunctions or irregularities in machine operations.
• Follow detailed instructions from production management.
• Participate actively in team meetings focused on safety and improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
