Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer to contribute to our textile production line. Key responsibilities include monitoring machinery, reporting issues, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and adjustment of machinery for different fabric types.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery for operational efficiency.
• Support the textile production team in meeting deadlines and production schedules.
• Engage in problem-solving to address and rectify production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Train new team members on equipment operation and safety standards.
• Document production quantities and machine performance data as required.

Advantageous

• Ability to work overtime when necessary: Willingness to assist when production demands increase.
• Previous experience in textile production: A background in textile environments will be beneficial.
