We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team in Philadelphia. In this role, you will lead design projects from concept to completion while collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure our projects are executed with precision and creativity. Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to determine project requirements and aesthetic goals.
• Create compelling visual presentations and models to communicate ideas.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Oversee the technical aspects of designs to ensure feasibility and safety.
• Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Utilize design software to produce high-quality architectural drawings.
• Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting and timeline tracking.
• Participate in workshops and design charrettes to foster innovative solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Advanced degree in Architecture preferable

Experience

• 5+ years in the architecture industry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
