Join our team as a Mold Runner where your responsibilities will include overseeing the mold production process, conducting quality control, and working closely with the production supervisor to optimize operations. Your skills in machinery operation will be crucial for our success.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot mold production equipment effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative measures on machinery.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to safety and health standards.
• Regularly inspect products for quality assurance.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the production supervisor promptly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
• Document production metrics and maintain logs for accountability.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Experience with injection molding is a plus

Technical Skills

• Injection Molding
• Machinery Troubleshooting

Certifications

• Forklift Operation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with CAD software: Experience using CAD tools for interpreting technical drawings.
