Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Sack Department Supervisor to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will lead our team in managing workflows, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing productivity across the department.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and teamwork within the sack department.
  • Ensure all team members follow safety protocols diligently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes.
  • Implement training programs for new employees.
  • Encourage and foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor daily productivity metrics and provide feedback.
  • Assist in creating operational budgets and managing costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • At least 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or retail sectors
