Job Description

The Non-Profit Manager will spearhead initiatives aimed at uplifting our community. This role involves managing programs, leading volunteers, and ensuring the sustainability of our projects. Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising initiatives to secure resources for community projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in non-profit management.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff and volunteers.
  • Create marketing materials to promote programs and increase community awareness.
  • Prepare quarterly reports on program outcomes and financials for the board of directors.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization at community events and conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences
  • Advanced degree preferred
