Job Description
As a Passenger Attendant, you will be the face of our airline, responsible for ensuring that every passenger feels safe and comfortable throughout their journey. This role requires a commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the aircraft.
Ensure passengers' safety and well-being during flights.
Provide exceptional customer service and address passengers' inquiries and concerns.
Prepare and serve meals and beverages to passengers.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the aircraft cabin.
Conduct safety demonstrations and provide instructions in case of emergencies.
Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations.
Handle and resolve conflicts or difficult situations professionally.
Adhere to all safety and security procedures and protocols.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the airline.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Prior experience as a Stewardess or in a customer service role preferred.
