Job Description

As a Passenger Attendant, you will be the face of our airline, responsible for ensuring that every passenger feels safe and comfortable throughout their journey. This role requires a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the aircraft.
  • Ensure passengers' safety and well-being during flights.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address passengers' inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages to passengers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the aircraft cabin.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and provide instructions in case of emergencies.
  • Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle and resolve conflicts or difficult situations professionally.
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures and protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the airline.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience as a Stewardess or in a customer service role preferred.
