Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting radiologists and other healthcare professionals during interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
• Provide support and assistance to interventional radiologists and healthcare staff.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, ensuring comfort during procedures.
• Stay updated with advances in social technology and procedures related to interventional radiology.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with a variety of interventional procedures

Technical Skills

• X-ray Machines
• Ultrasound Technology

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• ARRT certification in Interventional Radiology

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences: A preferred qualification that enhances technical understanding within the field.
• Experience with patient education and counseling: Ability to communicate complex information simply and effectively to patients.
