Job Description

Join our team as a Boat Officer, where you'll ensure the safe operation of our vessels and compliance with all maritime regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high safety standards while providing excellent service to our passengers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise deckhands and ensure adherence to operational protocols.
• Maintain and operate GPS navigation systems and marine radar.
• Conduct pre-departure checks to ensure vessel readiness.
• Evaluate crew performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with the marine operations manager on logistics and scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in marine operations or as a boat captain
