Job Description

Seeking skilled Textile Knitting and Weaving Machine Setters to operate looms and ensure the production of high-quality fabrics. Ideal candidates will have experience in both manual and automated weaving techniques, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for textiles.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate different types of weaving machinery including dobby, jacquard, and rapier looms.
  • Ensure that all operational processes meet safety and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs when necessary.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Assist in developing new textile patterns based on market demands.
  • Verify that raw materials meet quality standards before production.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance production techniques.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical training in textile manufacturing preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant textile industry experience
