Responsibilities

• Develop and execute network troubleshooting plans to resolve issues quickly.
• Implement and maintain network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for network equipment purchases and service agreements.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network services, configurations, and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a related field is considered a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in similar positions preferred

• Wireshark
• Firewall Management

• Network+ Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
