Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are calibrated and functioning properly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor the milling process for any discrepancies and take corrective action when needed.
• Participate in training sessions on safety and food handling procedures.
• Assist in the training of junior operators as needed.
• Contribute to team discussions on process improvements and efficiencies.

Advantageous

• Experience in the food and beverage industry: Prior experience in food manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices): Understanding of safety standards in food production.
• Experience with similar grinding or milling processes: Familiarity with food processing techniques.
