Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in San Diego. In this role, you will develop tailored treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries and improve their mobility.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities.
• Plan and execute effective rehabilitation programs for injury recovery.
• Utilize various treatment techniques such as manual therapy and modalities.
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote physical health.
• Assist in training and mentoring students or junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy areas preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in physical therapy settings

Certifications

• Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)

• Bilingual in Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients.
