Job Description

We are seeking a Labor Standards Director to lead compliance efforts with labor laws and internal policies. This individual will guide the organization in maintaining ethical labor practices and optimizing workforce relations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance existing labor standards practices.
  • Implement systems for reporting labor compliance metrics.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop educational materials regarding labor standards.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with labor compliance.
  • Prepare and present training on labor laws to staff.
  • Support labor union negotiations as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred

  • 10+ years in labor relations or regulatory compliance
