Job Description
The Ophthalmic Laboratory Technician is responsible for assembling eyeglasses and ensuring the quality of the final product. This role requires attention to detail and manual dexterity to work effectively with small parts.
Responsibilities
Prepare eyeglass frames for assembly and fitting.
Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut lenses accurately.
Maintain logs of work completed and any issues encountered.
Support the team in achieving production efficiency.
Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus.
