Job Description

The Back Hanger will be responsible for hanging back panels on garments in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that production deadlines are met. You will work within a dynamic team environment, ensuring quality control and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Accurately hang back panels on a variety of garments.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Safely operate industrial sewing machines and other production equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow.
• Keep workspaces tidy and organized for efficiency.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality.
• Adhere to established safety protocols.
• Communicate equipment issues to supervisors effectively.
• Attend regular training sessions for skill development.
• Assist with inventory management as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma is required; additional qualifications in sewing or textile manufacturing are a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in garment manufacturing is preferred.
