Job Description

As a Camera and Photographic Equipment Repairer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of digital X-ray and other imaging equipment. This role requires robust technical skills, an eye for detail, and excellent customer service abilities to support healthcare professionals in their diagnostic imaging needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during service activities.
• Assist in managing inventory of replacement parts and tools necessary for repairs.
• Provide feedback to management regarding potential issues with equipment or services.
• Work closely with sales teams to address client inquiries regarding service capabilities.
• Actively engage in knowledge-sharing sessions with team members.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's Degree in Biomedical Technology or Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in imaging equipment maintenance or repair

Technical Skills

• Diagnostics Software Knowledge
• Basic IT Skills

Certifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Technical certifications (e.g., from OEMs) are advantageous

Languages
