We are looking for a reliable Job Hand to help facilitate our projects. This position requires physical stamina and a willingness to learn while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Help with various construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.
• Assist skilled tradesmen in their daily operations.
• Ensure tools and materials are available for projects.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow safety protocols.
• Assist in lifting and moving heavy equipment safely.
• Report any safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Help train new hires on basic job tasks and safety standards.
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on mutual respect.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, particularly in construction

Technical Skills

• Construction tools proficiency
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of carpentry or plumbing: Any experience in specific trades will be considered beneficial.
