Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders

Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you'll be key in producing our cosmetic products. You will create and develop various formulations while ensuring that they adhere to the highest quality standards set by industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blending machines for cosmetic formulations.
• Review production schedules and adjust as necessary.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all products.
• Assist in the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with the product development team on new launches.
• Conduct post-production evaluations for quality assurance.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas.
• Document any changes in standard operating procedures.
• Maintain records of production output and quality metrics.
• Train new operators in best practices and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with natural and organic cosmetic product development is a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the cosmetic industry
