Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, where you will be responsible for preparing metal surfaces, mixing plating solutions, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plating machines in accordance with established protocols.
• Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure standards are met.
• Keep accurate records of production and machinery status.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production efficiency and equipment status.
• Assist in training new operators on plating techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in electroplating or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in electroplating or related field

Technical Skills

• Experience with industrial coatings

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA training for chemical handling and safety

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with oil and gas equipment components: Knowledge of components related to oil and gas drilling equipment.
