Job Description

As a Tour Guide at Cultural Heritage Museum, you will lead engaging guided tours of our exhibits, presenting educational information and fostering an appreciation for art and culture among our diverse visitors. Your role will include developing educational resources and working closely with the education team to create a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive and informative tours focusing on the history and significance of the artworks.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to promote educational programs.
  • Help organize and execute special events, including exhibition openings.
  • Coordinate with other museum departments to ensure seamless visitor experiences.
  • Answer questions from visitors and engage them in meaningful discussions about art and history.
  • Provide training and support to new docents and volunteers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred

  • Experience leading guided tours preferred
